Villa Paraliaki

This large villa stands, surrounded by greenery, just above the beach in Agia Paraskevi in the south of Skiathos. It’s situated on an estate, with just one other villa and the two can be rented together for larger groups and special occasions. The secluded sandy beach is right on the doorstep and a RIB is available on request at an extra cost.

The five bedrooms are split across the villa’s three floors, the master on the top floor with a private balcony, walk-in closet and study room, another bedroom on the first floor and those on the ground floor opening onto a shared terrace. The first-floor open-plan living and dining space has great sea views, doors to the terrace, a dining table that seats 14 people and a well-equipped kitchen.

The 80 sqm infinity pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers, and a dining table and chairs overlooking the sea. There’s a second dining table and chairs, plus separate seating with sofas shaded by a veranda. The beach has private sunbeds and parasols.
